People who choose a Live-In Care Service have the peace of mind in knowing that there is someone on hand 24 hours a day,7 days a week.

Are the Care Assistants trained?

All of our care assistants are fully trained, this training is updated annually and we carry out regular supervisions to ensure that our care assistants are competent to provide the highest quality care. 

Are the Care Assistants experienced? 

All of our Live-in Care Assistants have prior experience in care, and we complete work and personal reference checks as part of our recruitment process. 

Are background checks carried out on the Care Assistants?

All of our Care Assistants are fully background checked, including police record checks. This check is completed annually for our Live-in Care Assistants. We also complete reference checks from professional and personal sources.

Will my needs be met? 

Our management team between them have years of experience, and they use their skills and knowledge to complete an in-depth assessment, to understand your needs and build a care plan tailored to your needs. We carry out regular reviews with you, to ensure that you are happy with your care.

We work closely with all our customers to create bespoke Care Plans that detail all of their preferences, likes and dislikes so that the care they receive is personal and individual to them.

As Customers’ needs change so will their Care Plans, ensuring that they are never without the best and most suitable care for their needs.

What does a Live in Carer do?

Live-In Care allows a person or couple to stay at home in familiar and relaxed surroundings, enabled by a Live-In Care Assistant who provides one-to-one support.

The Live-In Care Assistant is there to support with physical and emotional health by offering companionship, assisting with personal care and medication support.

Will there be someone to talk to if I have any concerns?

Our management team will keep in regular contact with you to check that you are happy with your care, and if you should have any concerns at any time, then we will come and see you straight away.    

Can the Care Assistants enjoy my hobbies with me? 

Absolutely! our Care Assistants want to help you to continue to live your life as you wish. We love finding out about your hobbies and accompanying you to enjoy them.
