June Employee Award Winners

We finally got together for a social distanced team meeting and we want to thank the below Employees this month.......

Live-in Carer of the Month goes to Brenda, thank you for all your hard work and dedication.  You have made a real difference to the life and well being of your Live-in care customer, they and their family would like to know that.  Great work and congratulations from all of your Bluebird Care team (Brenda didn't want her picture taken so here are her gifts and certificates).

Night Carer of the month is awarded to Heather, she really does go that extra mile for her team and customers.  Heather has covered waking night, day shifts and stepped in to cover Live-in care too.  She is always willing to work hard and help out her colleagues.  She has a wonderful rapport with her customers - thank you Heather.

Our Stamford & Rutland Team Employee of the Month is Jenny.  Jenny is a conscientious and dedicated career carer.  She is always happy to help her colleagues and customers.  Jenny is always smiling and creates great relationships with her customers.  Thank you Jenny for everything you do.
