December Employee Recognition Awards

Each month we recognise members of our team for the great work they do. Find out who was recognised this month for Employee of the Month and for the Above & Beyond Awards.

Congratulations to all of our team for all of the fabulous work that we receive great feedback from both customers and colleagues for each month.

For the month of December, we are delighted to be able to recognise, not just one of our team for the Above & Beyond recognition award, but two who have really gone the extra mile in their role!

Well done and congratulations to Care Assistants, Olivia and Amelia, who, have been especially recognised for the efforts in going the extra mile they have both acheived this month.  Both valued team members of the Stamford Care team.

Our Employee of the Month goes to Care Assistant, Mandy who is always one of the most reliable and consistent members of the Oundle Care team, receiving continualliy positive feedback and supporting the team especially at the times of need, when colleagues need it the most, to cover their shifts and help with their customers in times of absence!

Well done to all of you, your awards are truly well deserved!  Each team member received certificates and vouchers.
