Safeguarding Training Achievements & Awards Achieved

Members of our Management & Operations team successfully completed, achieved and were awarded their certificates in Level 3 OfQual Principles of Safeguarding & achieved Train the Trainer status.

A massive 'Well Done!' to our Stamford & Rutland and Peterborough & Oundle Operations team who successfully completed and achieved the Level 3 Ofqual Principles in Safeguarding qualification as well as successfully achieving Train the Trainer status for Safeguarding.

All of our Management team, including our Community Care Managers, Care C-Ordinators and Registered Care Manager completed this as part of their individual CPD and as part of our dedication to ensuring our staff have the highest level of skills and training. 

The Level 3 Ofqual helps our team members have advanced training to ensure people at risk of abuse and neglect receive the care and protection they need to stay safe and unharmed.  Improving their awareness and knowledge relating to the safeguarding of vulnerable adults at risk, particularly in health care and social care settings, this helps us to continue to support our customers and train our team at the highest levels.
