It’s just 2 weeks to go until the Bluebird Care Awards 2018! 🏆 

On 13th September 18 lucky finalists, including home grown Bluebird Care Peterborough & Rutland, Care Assistant, Cristina,  met along with  judges at London’s historic Fortnum & Mason for a special afternoon tea for the Bluebird Care UK National Care Awards.

The event was an exciting celebration and a wonderful experience for everyone attending.

We are pleased to announce that our very own Cristina achieved Regional Winner and came runner up out of six other Carer finalists as a National Finalist for ‘Carer of the Year’ for the whole of the UK out of over 10,000 carers!!!!!!

We are so unbelievably proud of everyone of our team and are especially thrilled for Cristina and this wonderful recognition of being such a wonderful caring and professional Carer.  

Michelle Inwood, Registered Care Manager, said, "We were thrilled that we were there with Cristina to see this great award and to represent all of us here at Bluebird Care Peterborough & Rutland at these prestigious awards."

Our Director, Tim Carey and Registered Care Manager, Michelle, joined Cristina in London  at the very glamorous Fortnum & Mason to enjoy a high tea and escort our ladies to be interviewed by the judges that included ITV’s Dr Hilary Jones and the UK Home Care Association’s, Colin Angel.
