Approaching 3 years service

Its a massive 'THUMBS UP' to our Community Team Lead, Asta, who has now completed her QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care!  

Approaching 3 years service, Asta has truly worked and successfully progressed in her career with Bluebird Care, promoted from Care Assistant, to Senior Carer, to her most recent promotion of Community Team Lead, whilst being supported and sponsored with us, to develop achieving, now, a fabulous Level 3!
