Congratulations to Emma Couzens who was chosen as our Care Assistant of the Month for November 2015.  

Congratulations to Emma Couzens who was chosen as our Care Assistant of the Month for November 2015. 

Emma, who has been with Bluebird Care Peterborough & Rutland since September 2015, has quickly settled into and is excelling in her role, and has always, but especially throughout November, shown true all round qualities. 

As well as working as a team player, supporting her colleagues and her customers, picking up additional work etc., she has proven her skill and positive attitude in dealing with difficult and challenging situations. Emma is extremely applied and dedicated to her role, and delivers excellent care.

Emma was awarded her certificate, a bouquet of flowers and a £25 gift voucher.
