Her commitment and dedication knows no bounds as she consistently goes above and beyond in her role.

One shining example of her exceptional care is her relationship with a particular customer, where she has not only established a strong rapport but has also assisted with various needs. From aiding in shopping for new clothes, which is something the customer is unable to do alone, to sourcing specialised appliances like a talking microwave, a new washing machine, and a talking watch, to help them live more independently at home.  Simone's efforts truly demonstrate the values of Bluebird Care.
