Sue Carter has deservedly been awarded 'Employee of the Month' for July 2023.

Sue has been commended for demonstrating an excellent commitment to her role within Bluebird Care and for her wonderful approach in supporting a customer she was unfamiliar with.

Having stepped outside of her comfort zone, Sue demonstrated true Bluebird Care dedication and values, offering her support for the best interests of a customer.  Although Sue initially had her reservations, she continued to offer an exceptional level of care, really enjoying something she had once feared.  She has been so supportive of her customers and the team, and her communication skills in reporting any concerns for the general well-being of her customers are exceptional.
