We are delighted to announce our ‘Employee of the Month’ for November 2022 is Jessica Heffernan.

Jess has been recognised and awarded for demonstrating an excellent commitment to her new role within Bluebird Care.

Jess is our Business Development and Recruitment Manager and has recently taken on a seconded position as Acting Manager. She has displayed a great deal of positivity whilst taking on such a demanding and challenging role and has managed this with a great deal of understanding, professionalism, and kindness.  Jess always keeps the business, customers, carers, and colleagues at the heart of her proprieties, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our team.
