Bluebird Care Stafford is showcasing how working in home care can be more than just a job, through their new #MoreThan… recruitment campaign

14/03/2022

Bluebird Care Stafford is celebrating their hardworking and dedicated workforce by showcasing how care assistants do so much #MoreThan. A career in care is so much #MoreThan just sharing a cup of tea, it’s #MoreThan providing personal care, it’s a worthwhile, valued career path.

We are looking to expand our excellent team of care assistants across Stafford and hope our new #MoreThan recruitment campaign highlights how a career in social care can be the most rewarding job anyone ever does. The #MoreThan… campaign, supported by Bluebird Care’s franchise support centre, aims to highlight the joy a career in social care can bring and change perceptions –it’s more than just personal care, it’s about forming relationships with customers.

Following the recent challenges encountered across the sector by the Covid-19 pandemic, the demand for care at home has never been higher – the ageing population is rapidly increasing, alongside more people choosing to live at home – with more complex health conditions, that require specialist care – such as dementia care. Our #MoreThan campaign aims to highlight how working in care can be rewarding, valued and how it is #MoreThan personal care and #MoreThan just a chat.

I used to work in a Care Home but recently moved to Bluebird Care Stafford. They are an amazing company to work for, only a call away day or night if you need extra support, they listen to their staff if we have ideas and push us towards our full potential. I love my job and all the lovely clients I visit each day.
