Mel joined our team in July this year and has become an exceptional carer in a very short space of time.
Not only has Mel shown huge growth in confidence but has also demonstrated an excellent commitment to her role within Bluebird Care. She is so dedicated to the needs of her customers and as such, they often pass on wonderful compliments about her work and attention to detail. A customer complimented Mel is one of the best care workers they have received and
it is magical to hear her talking with my wife.
