It gives us great pleasure to announce Sally and Kelly have been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for February 2021.

Sally and Kelly have both been recognised for their continuous professionalism.

Sally is one our Care Supervisor and part of Sally’s role involves providing support to our new and existing carer’s.  She is a kind, generous, caring person, and nothing is ever too much for our big-hearted Sally. Always willing to go out of her own way to ensure our carers are given the support they need, whether this be based within their care role or in their personal lives.  This is a well-deserved recognition for Sally for her exceptional level of support, making others a priority aswell as her ongoing dedication.

Kelly is our amazing Care Co-ordinator. She is one that works ‘behind the scenes’ and is often forgotten however, she is a key part of our Bluebird Care Team. Having to manage a large team of carers is a challenging task and she strives to ensure carers are content within their work, their preferred areas of work and working patterns.  In addition, she works tirelessly having to make quick adjustments, ensuring customers are happy aswell as receiving the continuity of care.  She is extremely passionate about her role and continually displays complete dedication towards both carers and customers.
