Double celebrations as we proudly announce Paula and Siobhan have both been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’.

Amazing work and a well-deserved recognition for both Paula and Siobhan.

Paula has been awarded October’s ‘Employee of the Month’ for her admiral approach and positive influence on customers living with Dementia.  She has provided an exceptional level of support and encouragement to these customers to help them discover stimulating activities they enjoy.  She has displayed a great deal of initiative, all within her own time and this in turn has made a big improvement to their well-being.

Siobhan has been recognised as 'Employee of the Month' for November for going above and beyond in her role.  She is so dedicated to the needs of her customers that she took the initiative of creating a GOFundMe page to help customers SW and DW get their home organised.  This has had a positive impact and has vastly improved their lives. Both DW and SW felt Siobhan was so deserving of this award and passed on their appreciation saying they
