We value the excellent work of our care team who do a fantastic job in supporting our customers and have carried out a survey to give them an opportunity to share their views of how we are doing.

We are pleased to announce that our latest Carer Survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating they receive sufficient support needed to carry out their roles.

In addition, 100% of respondents indicated they enjoy their role and they would recommend us as an employer to their friend.

Emily Jones, our Registered Manager explained:

It is extremely important to support our carers in any way possible, from ensuring their work fits around their lives aswell as providing training and offering a friendly voice on the end of the phone.  All this makes a big difference and by working very closely as a team it helps to provide our customers with an excellent standard of care”

We would like to thank everyone who took out the time to complete our annual survey and with your feedback we can make the Bluebird Care service the best it can possibly be.
