Our Macmillan 'World's Biggest Coffee Morning' was a great success.

On Friday 28th September 2018 we helped in the fight against cancer by holding our very own “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning" in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

On Friday 28^th September 2018 we helped in the fight against cancer by holding our very own “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning" in support of Macmillan Cancer Support.

We invited our customers, staff, friends, family and community to join our team for a BIG coffee morning to raise funds to help Macmillan achieve their goal.

What a fun packed day it was, with competitions, games and a raffle. We had a a spread of delicious cakes, all of which went down a treat, especially the Ferrero Rocher Devil’s Food Cake (baked by Siobhan Gardiner) – Winner of our ‘Bluebird Bake Off’.



We are very proud to say our morning was a great success, with many people coming out to join us. We would like to say a special thank you to all our customers, care team, friends and family, who joined us for our coffee morning and helped to support this great cause. Thank you to Michelle White from Flamingo Paperie for joining us and giving our guests the opportunity to purchase some wonderful cards and calendars.

We are extremely grateful to everyone and with such amazing support we managed to raise £324.24!  One in three of us will face cancer, and the money we raised at our Coffee Morning will help to make sure that no one has to face it alone.
