 Bluebird Care St. Helens first CQC report is a "GOOD" across the boardThis was the first inspection of our service since our initial registration in November 2014. The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety, and Five Key lines of Enquiry. (KLOE)


           



Our recent CQC inspection was carried out on the 21st December 2015, the report published on the 4th March 2016.

We are delighted to say that we received a rating of GOOD in all Five Key areas of Service and an overall rating of ‘Good’.
