Ultimately I've chosen to work with Bluebird despite there being many care groups out there.  Now with all honesty the reason why I've picked Bluebird over other places is because when I entered the office for my training, I saw how genuine the staff actually were to deliver care and uphold the best practice doing so.  The only way I could see the truth to Bluebird care ethics and policies is through the reflection of the staff.
