We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in December.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following their recent inspection in December.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on Tuesday 8th December and we are happy to say that we received an overall rating of ‘good’. Throughout the report we received some lovely feedback from our customers. Here are a selection of some of the comments made by our customers:

Very polite, lovely people [staff], never had to make a complaint, how can you complain about perfect care.”
The staff are very good. They know what I want but always ask just in case I change my mind."
I am very happy with the carers [staff] who come, they are very good, they are polite and helpful.”
Would definitely recommend the service, I have absolutely no complaints, brilliant service."
I think it is a very good service, I say that because they sent me the same two carers over a period of three years (give or take some times in between), that is really important to me, the consistency of the same carers”
Director of Bluebird Care Redbridge, Tracey McCormack, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
