Things to consider

When it comes to choosing a Live in Care provider, it is important to consider these points before deciding on your care company.

1. CQC rating

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They monitor, inspect and regulate all care services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our  "Good" CQC rating can be reviewed here: https://www.cqc.org.uk/location/1-1128845531

2. Consistency and continuity

Our high levels of care continuity mean our customers see the same friendly faces day in, day out.

At Bluebird Care, we pride ourselves on high quality service levels and seeing the same small group of Care Assistants helps keep customers comfortable and relaxed in their own surroundings.

3. We are a local family company

Unlike many care providers who are large national companies operating out of far away head offices, we are local to you.

We have three offices in Wallingford, Oxford and Witney to help us provide care and support all across Oxfordshire.

4. Highly trained staff

Only the best Care Assistants pass our selection process and unlike many agencies, we employ all our own staff and train them to standards exceeding all other care companies in Oxfordshire.

Our award winning induction training is taught across five days, with a further three days of training out in the community with our most experienced care staff.

5. Home and Live in Care experts

Bluebird Care provide bespoke Home and Live in Care tailored to you and your precise needs.

This means our care services range from 30-minute visits, right up to 24-hour care and full overnight support. This means our Live in Care customers can make use of our Home Care team when their Live in Care Assistant need breaks or double up support.
