Our office

The office for the Bluebird Care Northampton and Daventry is actually based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.  We have been providing high quality care services to the people of Milton Keynes for 12 years and have recently expanded to also cover the area of Northampton, Daventry and the villages of West Northamptonshire.  Currently, our Registered Manager and our office team are based in Milton Keynes but we are looking for suitable premesis to allow us to open a second office in Northampton itself.  We are now able to provide high quality, bespoke home care services across the whole of Northampton, Daventry and many of the nearby towns and villages including Towcester, Nether Heyford, Duston, Brixworth, Billing, Kingsthorpe, Hardingstone, Roade, Bugbrooke, Weedon, and Stoke Bruerne.

Bluebird Care (Northampton) is passionate and driven to provide the highest standards of Professional Home Care to our customers. We treat everyone with compassion, warmth, courtesy and dignity, while providing the type of care we would want for our own family members and friends.

Our aim is to provide the highest quality care in our customers own home thus providing a realistic alternative to residential care. We will create a bespoke package of care to suit your own personal wishes and needs, anything from 30 minute visits to live-in care

We provide care for adults of all ages. People who have learning disabilities, short term respite and post-operative support and, of course, care for older people. All are able to receive our specialist and professional care. While traditional personal care remains at the heart of what we do, we also provide all sorts of other services, cooking, shopping, sightseeing, visiting relatives or simply helping with the day to day challenges of modern life.

Our professional care workers

"Would I want this person looking after my loved one"?

This is the question we ask ourselves when selecting carers to join our team.  We are very selective and will only employ people who we are confident will be able to uphold our values and deliver the high quality care that we pride ourselves on.  They must be warm and friendly, with some life experience and a passion to care for others.  Once we are satisfied with thorough background and Police checks, we ask ourselves one simple question - "Would I want this person looking after my loved one"? If the answer is yes, the carer will go through an intensive induction programme and undertake comprehensive training to ensure they have the skills they need to provide only the highest standards of quality home care for our customers.
