Kelly has been arranging the cover for my sister, she has since the start been so kind to me in what I think you can understand are difficult circumstances, Kelly has constantly kept me up to date and helped me in a way that I think went over and above what you would normally expect to receive. I felt that she really cared what was happening to my sister and how it affected myself as well.
She is a credit to your company would you please ensure that Kelly is made aware of the gratitude that I have for her being so human and caring, never making me feel a pest with all the numerous questions that I asked and being honest enough if she wasn't sure to tell me but find out and come back with the answer.
