Care Supervisor Fainess recently went to pay a surprise visit to customer Val on her 73rd birthday!
Fainess was delighted to be able to surprise Val on her birthday!
We make ever effort to make our customers feel extra special and strive to go the extra mile in every way we possibly can, so when Fainess saw that Val's birthday was coming up she did not want to miss the opportunity!
Val lives with her husband, dog and parrot in Maidstone and we provide support to help her remain at home for as long as possible. She has a wonderful personality and was delighted when Fainess turned up with the surprise.
Fainess brought along with her a lovely bunch of flowers, box of chocolates and a birthday card signed from the whole office team!
Making our customers feel special is something that is extremely important for us and I would like to personally add my 'happy birthday' to the well wishes that Fainess brought with her!
