We would like to say congratulations to Helena, who has received our Live-in Care Assistant of The Month Award!
It is important for us to recognise the dedication of our amazing staff team throughout their career and every month we recognise one person who has particularly stood out in terms of the support that they provide.
The district nurse complimented Helena's fantastic care support!
This month we are proud to have recognised Live-in Care Assistant Helena, who lives with our customers to provide ongoing support.
As well as being an efficient, fantastic Care Assistant, Helena received this award in particular due to her incredible care notes, which are the best and most detailed notes we have received.
In addition, we have received a wonderful compliment from the district nursing team about the excellent standard of care Helena is providing her customer.
Helena, you are an excellent Care Assistant and the standard of care you provide is brilliant! Thank you for everything you do; keep up the great work!
