As part of our customer outings, we arranged for Care Assistant Debbie to treat her customer Roger to a coffee & cake out!
Debbie is Roger's regular Care Assistant and provides support to Roger, who does not get many opportunities to get out and about to enjoy some good old people watching.
Our customer outings are a very important initiative as we strive to always go the extra mile!
Debbie asked if she could take Roger out for a treat to his local Costa Coffee and we were more than happy to oblige. The trip was very much enjoyed by both Roger & Debbie alike.
As well as some great conversation, they enjoyed tucking into a rather nice cake whilst sipping on their favourite warm drink!
We were more than happy to arrange for Debbie to take her customer Roger for a treat and would like to thank Debbie for suggesting the trip to Costa, which went down a treat!
