We are pleased to introduce you to Care Assistant Victoria, who tells us a little more about her experience with Bluebird Care!
In this video, Victoria explains a little bit about what made her choose to join the Bluebird Care team and working as a Care Assistant is incredibly rewarding!
Victoria also explains how, as a relatively new member to the team, the support that she receives from her colleagues is so helpful. They even offered to help collect her and her daughter when the car broke down!
Working as a Care Assistant is incredibly rewarding. It is what motivates me every morning!
