Jade is passionate about delivering high quality care to her customers and explained five top tips, that she feels controbute to this. These are:

- Be understanding
- Promote wellbeing
- Help customers remain indipendant
In particular, Jade enjoys working as a Care Assistant because of the opportunity that it gives her to make a genuine difference to people's lives.
