We regularly arrange for our Care Assistants to treat them to an outing to a location of their choice. Jackie recently took her customer out for lunch at a place of her choice.
The pair headed to Frankie's Farm Shop in Staplehurst where they both enjoyed a delicious meal along with some excellent conversation.
Jackie's customer; Mrs Fraser, receives support each day and the care we provide enables her to remain independent at home with her husband.
Frankie's Farm Shop is a popular location and as well as having some excellent mains courses, they also have a good range of sweets and cakes!
We strive to go the extra mile for our customers and not only did Mrs Fraser have a very enjoyable time, but so did Jackie! This trip enabled Mrs Fraser to have a trip out which can be a challenge for her and it was something that she very much looked forward to.
