We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Lilly, who has recently passed her probation with us here at Bluebird Care in Maidstone.
We are delighted to have recently celebrated with Care Assistant Lilly, who has recently passed her probation with us here at Bluebird Care in Maidstone.
Lilly has worked hard to complete her Care Certificate which forms the foundation of the knowledge that she requires for her role and is now a fully-fledged Care Assistant!
Lilly chose to join the Bluebird Care team out of a passion to make a difference to the lives of people in her local community and certainly does this through her role!
Care Manager Mel explained:
Lilly has excelled since she joined the team here and worked incredibly hard to complete her Care Certificate. She is a fantastic Carer and loved by her customers. I would like to commend Lilly for the patient and loving way she supports her customers. This is a real credit not only to her, but also to Bluebird Care!
