Operations Manager Clare Celebrates Her Eighth Work Anniversary!

With her 15th year of working in healthcare fast approaching, Bluebird Care Maidstone’s very own Operations Manager Clare marked her 8th year work anniversary with us this week.
With her 15th year of working in healthcare fast approaching, Bluebird Care Maidstone’s very own Operations Manager Clare marked her 8th year work anniversary with us this week.Clare first joined us as a Care Supervisor, and since worked as Registered Care Manager at our Maidstone and Gravesham & Dartford Offices. Since then, she displayed a stellar work ethic and wonderful sense of initiative which is why she quickly grew in to her current role, leading the operational side of the business.
Clare is passionate about delivering quality homecare services and developing high quality standards to be used across the business. Incredibly supportive of her team members, she strongly believes in investing in each member of staff and providing the support they need to progress in their roles.
Described by her colleagues as being both hard working and amiable, Clare can’t quite believe that she’s been working at the company for 8 years:
8 years has just flown by, I settled in here so quickly all those years ago. Everyone instantly made me feel like family and now I can’t imagine my life if I didn’t work here.
Loved across the board by both customers and staff alike, it’s safe to say that life at Bluebird Care Maidstone would be very different without her.
