Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Alex has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for September! Alex received the award as recognition for her ongoing diligence and commitment to the role of Care Assistant.

She is an incredibly consistent, reliable and loves her job. Alex has an excellent approach to the role of Care Assistant and we often receive positive feedback from her customers about her approach.
Alex is also always willing to step in and help out. We would like to thank her for this as it makes a big difference to the lives of our customers!
