Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Sarah has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for August! Sarah received the award as recognition and thanks for her amazing approach, willingness to work and driven personality.

Although Sarah’s primary role is focussed in the community, she is always happy to help out and support customers outside of her usual hours or role. Including supporting with live in care occasionally.
In addition, Sarah regularly makes trinket boxes for her colleagues and customers when they have a special occasion such as a wedding in the family or a new baby!
Care Manager Mel explained:

She has an amazing personality and is so flexible with being willing to help out even if it is beyond her usual role!
