This is an incredible milestone and we are proud to have celebrated with Alison to mark it. Alison is our Care Assistant of the year for 2018 and is a delight to have as part of the team!
Before working for Bluebird Care Alison worked in Morrisons covering the night shift. She joined the team out of a desire to make a difference to the lives of people.
Care Manager Mel explained:
