Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Paula has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for June! Paula joined our team just over a month ago and is doing an incredible job with numerous compliments having been received from our customers.

It is also due to this that she received this award!
Care Manager Mel explained:
We spent time going through as an office who should receive our Care Assistant of the month award and everyone unanimously voted for Paula.
Although she has only been part of the team for just over a month, Paula has really stood out in terms of her passion and we would all like to say a very big well done!
