We take every opportunity to celebrate with our staff and recently celebrated with Care Assistant Jolanta, who marked her second anniversary with us!
We take every opportunity to celebrate with our staff and recently celebrated with Care Assistant Jolanta, who marked her second anniversary with us!
Before working for Bluebird Care, Jolanta was a day manager in a coffee shop where she had the chance to interact with people throughout the day.
Working as a Care Assistant gives Jolanta the opportunity to continue this interaction whilst having working hours that suit her.
Care Manager Mel commented:
Jolanta has now been part of our team for over two years and loves what she does. We regularly receive compliments form her customers and through this know that she makes a big difference!
