We are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Helena has received our Care Assistant Of The Month Award for March!
We are delighted to announce that Care Assistant Helena has received our Care Assistant Of The Month Award for March!Every month one member of staff receives our Care Assistant Of The Month award and although it is always difficult to choose who should receive the award, we have presented the award to Helena as recognition for the support she provided during the recent 'Beast From The East' weather.
Helena worked alongside our manager Mel and not only was willing to go the extra mile, but we received numerous compliments from her customers as we went to visit. She increased the time she had available to work and helped out wherever she could.
Care Manager, Mel, explained:
I would like to thank Helena for the excellent support that she provided during one of the most challenging weeks we have seen.
All of our staff worked so well together as a team and I was particularly touched by the way that Helena supported customers not only during the snow, but also hearing the numerous compliments from her customers as she visited.
It is because of staff such as Helena that we can provide a premium standard of care to our customers and I would like to say well done!

I joined the Bluebird Care team from Portugal and have never seen snow quite like we had before.
I really enjoy my job and all my customers are lovely. Receiving Care Assistant Of The Month was a big surprise!
