Live In Care Manager Liz arranged the event as a thank you to our staff who do a fantastic job supporting our live in care customers in Maidstone.

In total, 10 headed down to Where Memories Meet tea room in Wateringbury  where they made the most of a delicious Christmas afternoon tea that included turkey and cranberry sandwiches, salmon sandwiches, mince pies and lots of yummy cakes.

Liz, Live In Care Manager commented:
Due to the nature of live in care being that the carer lives with the customer for 24h it can be difficult for them to get to the events for our Care Assistants, we thought we would arrange something for them where we can put their breaks in the right time to enable them to attend.

The afternoon was very much enjoyed and everyone messaged me on the evening to say how they really appreciated being taken out and spoilt!
