Listening To Our Staff

It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our staff team and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.   Our most recent survey results highlight that staff enjoy their role with Bluebird Care, receiving adequate training to complete their role with 100% of respondents stating that they enjoy their role and over 90% indicating that they receive adequate training.

Working as a Care Assistant is more than just a job. It is great fun and extremely rewarding.
 
The role can be very challenging at times and we have an incredible team, who are dedicated to their job roles.
