It is a privilege for us to provide care support and every six months, we carry out a survey to support our ethos of listening to our customers and making sure that the care we provide is the best it can be.   Our most recent survey results highlight that customers are complimentary of the care they receive from our team and our of the responses, 100% included compliments for our care team.

I cannot speak highly enough of one of the Care Assistants who visits me. She is very kind, caring and I always look forward to seeing her each week. This carer is a very pleasant lady who really cares and always thinks of others.
I would like to thank all of my Care Assistants for their exemplary care, kindness and willingness to help me in every way I need.
The staff who visit me from Bluebird Care Maidstone are pleasant, cheerful and friendly. They are always welcome in my house!
In particular, 100% of respondents indicated that the tasks completed on each visit are done properly and professionally, with 100% treated with respect and politeness. Over 97% comment that they are satisfied with the service they receive from Bluebird Care.

The care we provide helps our customers to remain at home in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible and this is very rewarding to us as a team.
 
In particular, we work hard to build a great rapport and relationship with our customers and seeing this in the results of the most recent survey is encouraging.
