As we continue striving to provide our customers with a premium service, we have recently introduced staff name badges with the job titles of Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant.
As we continue striving to provide our customers with a premium service, we have recently introduced staff name badges with the job titles of Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant.
Our new name badges help our staff in being proud of their role with Bluebird Care and also our customers to see their regular staff progress through their career as they move from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant.
The name badges have gone down very well with staff as Care Manager, Jade, explained:
My team have received the name badges very well and they are proud to wear them in their roles each day. We have our staff meetings this week and will be handing the rest out to the team then.
The badges help to give a sense of additional pride in their roles, particularly helping them to strive to achieve the role of Senior Care Assistant which automatically happens after their first year of employment!
