The judging has been completed and we are delighted to announce that Gabriella has received our Care Assistant of the month award for April!Gabriella received the award due to the way she approaches her role in a willing and punctual way, having a great rapport with customers and staff alike.
In addition to this, she is always willing to go above and beyond in her role.
Care Manager, Jade, commented:
It is always difficult to nominate one of our Care Assistants for any award as they all do such a good job.
Gabriella has stood out in terms of the number of compliments she receives from customers due to her going above and beyond, always being happy and bringing a smile to her customers and the office.

Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the first week of the following month.Gabriella has stood out in terms of the number of compliments she receives from customers due to her going above and beyond, always being happy and bringing a smile to her customers and the office.

Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
