We value the excellent work of our community team who do a fantastic job in supporting our customers and carry out bi-annual surveys to give them an opportunity to share their views of how we are doing.
We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and are treated with respect by a polite office team.
In addition, 95% of respondents indicated that they have enough training to complete their job well.
