Care Manager

Jenny has over 12 years experience in patient care and has an abundance of not only clinical excellence but also a bedside manner that puts people at ease in any environment.

Having experience in a busy patient scheduling role previously booking theatre space, staff, bed planning and aftercare is not easy and these skills are transferable into rostering care and support staff and being dynamic and flexible to support our clients so that your home is your castle and your care and support is holistic person cantered and delivered with passion and pride a results driven individual that has a real flare for care.

With an additional 11 years within a hospice setting where she studied for her level 5 health and social care, Jenny is defintley no stranger to the industry and this shows in everything she does.


Care Coordinator

Lewis is very passionate about care work and loves working in an industry very close to his heart.

His experience in domiciliary care and residential care led him to becoming a senior care assistant where he was responsible for leading a team of care professionals.

Lewis’s journey with Bluebird care has seen him advanced very quickly from care asssistant into his role as Co-Ordinator. He remains an integral part of the team as our front-line healthcare professionals first line manager.

His gentlemanly manner and high attention to detail gives him the approachability for both our customers and care teams alike.


Care Supervisor

Megan has worked in care all of her working life in both Residential Care homes, Home Care and Palliative Care. Megan has personal as well as professional experience in caring for others. She is always happy to help and gets satisfaction from knowing she is making a difference when quality care is provided.

Being a mum to an energetic son is also a big part of her life and she enjoys taking him new places and exploring new experiences.



Operations Manager

Zoe worked as an Activities Coordinator and studied a degree in law before joining the Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells team. Now as Operations Manager, Zoe is responsible for overseeing the outstanding service our staff provide to our customers.

She enjoys her role because of the way that she is able to work closely with our staff and takes great satisfaction from the development of her teams.

In particular, Zoe enjoys her role because of the way she knows that she is making a difference to the lives of our customers.


Business Development Manager

Tammie has worked in Health and Social Care for almost 30 years, during this time she have been fortunate enough to work with some great people allowing her to develop and grow both personally and professionally.

A real ‘homebird’, you will normally find her in the kitchen cooking or baking, then on the sofa watching TV and enjoying her baked delights with her family!

Tammie is a proud rugby mum and you will be able to spot her at games, shouting from the side-lines ‘DRIVE IT’.

She is also a proud Mum of her two four legged friends Molly and Rolo, aswell as a cheeky Guinea pig called Charlie. With 3 boys in the house, she also spends alot of time re-stocking the kitchen!

Tammie is extremely passionate about providing the best care provision possible and is pleased to be a ‘Bluebird as well as a ‘homebird’!


Personal Assistant

Sue is at the heartbeat of our Bluebird Care Family

Her exceptionally strong administration background ensures she provides valuable support to the central team and helps free up time in order that our local teams can give a sustained focus to our customers and Care Assistants.

Sue is never without a smile and a caring hand to help anybody, whatever their needs.
