We are extremely happy to announce that we have been shortlisted for two prestigious Awards at the Exeter Business Awards 2016!
We are very proud and happy to have been selected as one of four finalists in two categories: "Excellence in Customer Service" AND “Employer of the Year” at the Exeter Business Awards 2016!The judging panel, made up of 6 influential Exeter business figures, recognised our continued commitment to delivering high levels of Customer Service, including providing regular opportunities for our Customers to give face to face feedback and our transparent and honest approach we take when communicating with both Customers and Staff.
They were also impressed with our new Recruitment and Retention Supervisor role which looks to ensure we are a great place to work by reviewing internal processes, staff recognition and career development opportunities.
