Since working with MASH Group to streamline our recruitment process, we are celebrating a significant milestone with the recruitment of our 100th caregiver, Phil Hall.

MASH Group are not your typical recruitment agency. They are passionate about forming strong bonds and partnerships with both clients and candidates to create success. With over 13 years of experience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the care industry, MASH Group has proven to be an invaluable asset for Bluebird Care NEW Devon in their quest to attract and retain Care Assistants.

As the 100th recruit under this partnership, Phil Hall brings with him a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for helping others. With a background in healthcare and a strong desire to make a positive difference in people's lives, Phil embodies the values that Bluebird Care stands for.

This achievement highlights our dedication to providing high-quality home, domiciliary, night, and live-in care services and supporting individuals in need throughout Devon. We also showcase our commitment to expanding our team with compassionate and skilled professionals.

Phil talks about the process of recruitment feeling very easy and smooth. From Bluebird Care being recommended by a current member of staff who was having a very positive experience, the initial chat with James from MASH, a face-to-face interview, and then starting induction training. The whole process took less than 10 days.

He talks very positively about the thorough training during the induction week and the opportunity to shadow another Live-in care assistant which cemented the topics and themes from the training. He also mentions the ongoing support from our training team, office staff and coworkers. He hopes, as we do for a long term positive working relationship with Bluebird Care. He has enjoyed the training on offer so far through induction and working towards completing his Care Certificate training. He was also happy to know that the training can continue through elements like our becoming a Dementia Friend and also other opportunities as they arise.

Our Live-in care services offer a vital lifeline to those who require assistance with daily activities but wish to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Whether it's companionship, personal care, or assistance with household tasks, live-in caregivers like Phil provide invaluable support to customers and their families so it’s very important to us that all recruits have the training and support they need.

Bluebird Care's recruitment of their 100th caregiver via Mash underscores our continued growth and success in meeting the rising demand for personalised home care services.
