Dedicated Training Space for Bluebird Care NEW Devon

Our ‘Approved Centre Champions for Accredited Training’ training department has recently moved into a dedicated training space in Basepoint Exeter.

Positioned on the outskirts of the Marsh Barton Trading Estate it is perfect for commuting in and out of Exeter and just off the A38 and M5. This location provides the perfect point to offer training to all of our Devon Hubs in Exeter, Exmouth, Teignbridge, and East Devon.

Bluebird Care NEW Devon is committed to providing the best quality training we can. We believe that training is an essential building block for the ongoing success of our team. We value our staff and their time and so we want to deliver to them a high degree of quality in their training, so they have the confidence and resources to work independently in the community.

We offer a comprehensive Care Assistant induction that covers theoretical and practical training across several modules. Our Care Assistants learn the majority in an initial, fully paid induction so you can learn and earn. Training then continues through our e-learning platform and you are supported by our training team during your probation period to ensure you settle in.

Additionally, when you start a career in care, experience isn't essential. Bring with you your life experience and we will help you learn the rest. Yes, that’s right no previous experience is required.

At our Basepoint Exeter location, we will also host regular refresher training sessions. These sessions make sure that skills are always kept as up-to-date as possible.
