We're proud of the culture our team enjoy and here's another great example!
As the festive break draws closer every day, we wanted to do something special for our team and invited everyone to pop into the office for some treats and goodies as our way of saying thank you for all their hard work.
In addition to this, it’s important to remember that whilst our community may be enjoying their turkey, pigs in blankets and Christmas pudding our fantastic team are supporting customers every day.
Thank you to our fantastic team who go above and beyond every day, particularly throughout the festive period where many of our customers might not see anyone apart from their care assistant.

Many of our customers do not see any family over the festive period, so these visits are extremely important not just because of the care we deliver. Because of this, the festive period can be extremely rewarding for all those working in healthcare.
We recently arranged a time for our team to pop in, grab a sausage roll, mince pie and chocolate, have a chat and draw their secret Santa name out of the hat. Not only this, but we were able to distribute our team’s Christmas presents as well!
It’s times like these where we get to kick back and relax that help bring us closer and support our team ethos. We’re proud of the care our staff deliver and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you.
