Well done to one of our team leaders Cathryn for her outstanding work during an emergency situation with one of our customers last night. Cathryn remained calm while providing basic life support to the customer alongside a family member.

We have received a call from the customer's son this morning praising Cathryn for her outstanding support and reassurance during what was quite a scary time until the paramedics arrived. Thanks to your quick thinking our customer is recovering well in hospital and hopefully will return home this weekend, well done Cathryn you are a super star!
