Care Worker Appreciation: Congratulations Heaven on receiving Staff Thank You Cash Bonus

Congratulations to Heaven who has received a cash bonus from our director Neil as a thank you for her dedication and support during the COVID19 pandemic.

First of all we would like to thank all members of the team who have continued to work during such a challenging time and allowed our customers to continue having the support they require. Throughout the month our director Neil is giving out cash bonuses to five lucky members of staff who have gone above and beyond during lockdown with minimal to no sickness or disruption, as well as supporting us to ensure all calls have been covered during unexpected absence and last minute change in circumstances.

Congratulations to Heaven who has received a cash bonus from our director Neil as a thank you for her dedication and support during the COVID19 pandemic. We are extremely proud of how Heaven has adapted her role throughout the last few months to include 24 hour live-in care.

Due to travel restrictions on a lot of our live-in care assistants, it has been challenging ensuring everyone has cover. Heaven has covered one of our long standing customers to allow the main care assistant respite, as well as doing 7 days a week live-in at two other customers. Heaven has an amazing relationship with the customers she works with closely and we have received many compliments from all families involved. Heaven has adjusted her working hours to allow us to support local relatives caring for their loved ones. We have been able to grow as a company with Heavens positive, bubbly attitude and willingness to help and support those around her.
