Please join us in congratulating Erin Ferguson who as of Monday the 20th of April is starting her new full time role as Live-in Care Supervisor.

Congratulations to Erin Ferguson who as of Monday the 20^th of April is starting her new full time role as Live-In Supervisor. Currently Erin works very closely with all our Live-In customers and care assistants, visiting them each week doing reviews, supervisions and spot checks as well as monitoring their health with our well-being monitoring system which is extremely important now more than ever.

Erin supports all members of the Bluebird Care team and has always been a valued member of the senior team, but Erin is exceptional in the way that she can manage a live-in package of care and we feel this is the route she must follow on her career pathway.

Erin will continue to provide care to our domiciliary customers as and when required but her main focus will be Live-In Care, our registered manager Valerie will be working closely with Erin over the coming months  to develop her knowledge in risk assessments and care planning. I am sure you will all join us in saying a very well done to Erin!
